A time-honored spring tradition in the country’s capital, the First Lady’s Luncheon is a bipartisan event started by the Congressional Club in 1912. The original purpose was to provide a setting for friendships among spouses of the House and Senate in Washington D.C. and has grown to a well attended event with proceeds benefitting multiple charities.
We are happy to have played a small part in the festivities by donating our domestically grown greenery for the floral decor with many other Certified American Grown farms, amounting to 21,000 stems total. The volunteer floral designers did an impressive amount of work in three days to create:
